The amount of assistance was well above what I have experienced with similar computer related issues. Very patient staff who explained technical matters in terms which I could just about understand.
Difficulties were really created by my Bank in releasing my payment.using my lap now All in all, although the time used by your staff was very long I appreciate the fact that I can feel much more comfortable using my laptop which will help my anxiety condition.
