I was shocked to find that a Trojan virus had infected my computer and decided to search for programmes that would erase them. After a bit of research I downloaded Reimage but was disappointed to find that I was left with a blank screen after the download. After contacting the support line I was assisted by Gerald to reinstate the screen but as the virus was outside the computer's operating system I had to purchase another product to get rid of it, which I did. The support and follow-up was very good and I would recommend Reimage to my friends.
