My computer was a mess, things worked very slowly or not at all. The Reimage team worked to correct faults despite an unreliable wifi connection. I have obviously not had opportunity to check everything but indications are that my problems have been eliminated. If the repair is as good as it appears to be the price I paid was very fair. I am a very satisfied customer.
