First experience was great. Called this past Saturday June 11, experience not so great. Was told that when I signed up for year of service, that it covered both of my computers. On June 11, when I called to have my second computer checked out, that what I had paid for only covered one computer. Lee, the person I spoke to offered for an additional fee, to do this service. I told him I would hold off and wanted just my computer on file looked at. He told me several times a tech would be calling me back within 10 minutes. As of today, Wednesday June 15, I still haven't been contacted by someone. Makes me a little leery of the truth of your service. Hopefully I am wrong and this was just an oversight.
