I have used Reimage for over a year. When I recently renewed my annual subscription I had trouble due to a cross-over problem. I am trying now to remember the details but when I contacted your service group they found where my renewal passwords did not work and they fixed them. I like your product.
I have friends who are having trouble with Windows 10. I have stayed away from WIN 10 but wonder if your system is setup to fix a number of Window 10 problems? I signed up for 3 copies this year and have two more PWs I have not used yet. Can I help my friend?
