REVIEW

Reimage is overall VERY good. Having spoken to a number of Customer Support people they all come across as professional, knowledgeable and service oriented. In general very nice and polite, with a strong focus on getting the job done. Which they more often than not are able to - and quickly too! I have never find them pushy in their sales approach, something I as a non-American really appreciate. I still ended up buying quite a lot, so well done, Reimage! They also for the most part communicate in a not-too-technical language, something that a technical nit wit like myself is very grateful for
However, few things in life are perfect and this also applies for Reimage, although the below list of minor issues as I see them are more beauty spots than warts:
1) You never get to speak to the same person, as Reimage doesn't have extensions nor a switchboard operator, meaning you sometimes have to repeat the same story several times. As such I've had conversations with Francis, Fred, Steve, Honey, Philip, James, Barney and probably more
2) The Anydesk - and prior to that TeamViewer - system works well enough. However, as a customer you are unable to save the Anydesk messages exchanged with a Customer Service person and this is not conducive to customer satisfaction (as far as I know)
3) The Customer Service people normally don't inform you to what extent you are required to stay on the phone in front of the PC or you are free to go away and do something different. And let's face it, some of these calls can be rather lengthy, for obvious reasons
4) The Customer Service people do not have identical levels knowledge-wise and technically. Having said that, this is not really fair to blame Reimage for, since computers are so complex and multi-layered. On one occasion directly conflicting information were provided by 2 different Customer Service people - but it's rare and something most people should be able to live with. And understand
5) The Service Line is supposed to be toll-free, also for overseas calls; however, my last phone bill reached astronomical heights based on frequent contact with Reimage. This is BAD and something Reimage needs to fix ASAP. I was calling from Thailand, not sure if the same thing applies for other countries....
6) Finally there's no follow-up from Reimage. Depending on how complex the problem was, it would seem appropriate to receive a call from the Customer Service person in question, just to make sure that everything works well and that no further action from Reimage is required
SO DO I REALLY GET ANOTHER YEAR OF FREE REIMAGE SERVICE, JUST FOR DOING THIS REVIEW? Seems like an overly generous offer, but for sure I'll take it - many thanks!
