On the whole I'm a satisfied customer, however I think you are an expensive service and wish on reflection I'd bought a new machine rather than paying for your service; I hadn't realized 20% vat would be added to your quote so what seemed a reasonable price quote at the time with a 20% uplift became expensive. I suggest you make sure your UK customers know this at the time you quote in future.
I'm still not satisfied you've done a good job on my machine. Start up is still ridiculously slow - I can go and make a cup of coffee waiting for it - and using the internet is also slow; that maybe my internet connection and nothing to do with the machine, however I will be back to you for these two things to be looked at again. I also think there is far too much computer generated clutter left on my machine in spite of a lot being removed by yourselves when you carried out the service. I'm hoping you will eventually get it right.
