I felt I had to put complete trust in the person I was speaking to, and it made me very uneasy. I would have liked to somehow be reassured better that this service was not a scam. Part of my paranoia could be that I just attended an AARP fraud conference this week. Today's interaction made me very uneasy giving someone I did not know complete access to my computer.
