Only having had this completed an hour ago, I can say that the computer appears to be working properly again. The service was fairly quick and complete. Good not to have to leave it off at Best Buy for 3 or 4 days. The pricing seemed fair although, not being real knowledgible about the problem, I hope I bought what was needed and not more. Norman was clear and concise and not pressuring me, which I appreciate. Jessica essentially must have done her job well because she told me the viruses were removed. I have no way of knowing that, just take her word for it. Overall I think it's a good service for those who have these problems. Thank you!
