I must say that I only recalled purchasing reimage when I received notice of the pending subscription falling due. Why? I think I was under the impression that it was working away in the background. This was not possible as I had not even installed it! This I did after a chat with Leslie and set it to work. The openness of the analysis and subsequent repair was quite impressive and clear. The time came after an hour or two to reboot. So far, after some 15 hours the computer is still “Shutting Down”! This is a concern as I need to start work. Time for another chat methinks to make the next move! So far so good. Second chat quickly resolved all problems - turn off and restart! Bingo.
