I had renewed my reimage license earlier this year and had problems at the beginning with my computer which flagged up a big problem I paid another £250 for this to be dealt with and all was well. I was encouraged to run a scan once a month to make sure all was well as the £250 cover would last me for a year. A couple of weeks ago I tried to scan on the reimage connection but it refused to let me in. I rang reimage and they took my computer over for a whole day but could not get the connection back. They said it was something to do with their site and they would get back to me. Still waiting to hear!!
