I found the technicians at reimage extremely helpful and reassuring when I had a major problem with my lap top. They spent(in two sessions) a total of 3 hours remotely putting it right for me. The only criticism I have is that contact by phone is difficult as I think most operatives are out of the UK and connection is poor. However, the website is good particularly the HELP section and the CHAT section. Good service and a pleasing result.
