The program sounded great. Yes, it sure does clean your computer. What is not told up front, is that it will remove all your data and files, email addresses, ETC. It does a great cleaning job. I was horrified. Then I suppose Tech support will get your files back, with many Steps YOU have to take, for each File. I dont have the Time or skill to do that, and estimate it would take Days to perform. Thank goodness Windows or Restore, put my files and Data back where it was. The program should be for a computer without much data saved, or non important data. For others, perhaps a more computer literate person could handle it. Or, IF told In Advance of Installling the program, you could Save all your files and data somewhere FIRST. Thats what should be done. (DO NO SEND ME ANYTHING, DO NOT INSTALL ANYTHING FOR ME, PLEASE.
