I feel this company is misleading and is guilty of false advertising. I spent an hour on the phone with a technician only to find out that the free version does very little to improve your pc. They asked for 400-500 dollars to fix the machine. They advertise a free version???? Really awful business practices in my opinion. For 500 dollars you can buy a new machine for Pete's sake. This was a total waste of time.
