I downloaded and paid for reimage. I receive a number via email that was not the correct License Key Number. I called customer support several times and was hung up on twice, the 1888 number after I was left on hold for over 5 minutes each time. Poor customer service. When I did finally receive the correct number, I went back to the install screen. I found it by accident. There are no links onscreen to lead one from one screen to the next desired screen. There is no way to get your money back, which is what I would do if I could. If I could give less than 1 I would.
