Reimage located bad files, malware and a trojan and eliminate the problems. Seems successful immediately following their work. The initial contact recommended a systems engineer to handle the more significant problems at a significant cost - beware if you are looking for a cheap fix to your problems, this may not be possible. Contacts were friendly and willing to answer my questions as they proceeded through the process.
