I am happy that the computer is up and running again, and is faster than it was. It was upsetting to me that I had a "Trojan" that needed removing. Paulo was convincing on my need to go further than I had planned. I was pretty resistant, but he was convincing, so I went ahead--especially after he arranged a lower cost to me. I was grateful for that. As time goes by, I will see how well the computer performs. One more word: Paulo also was patient and courteous,
