I had problems with my computer and rang Reimage. I was advised on how to put a security system on the computer but the first attempt didn't work and after over an hour I rang Reimage and it was Jane who gave me the necessary information to update the system which took only about 15 minutes. It has been fine ever since and I have been given details of how to contact Reimage if I have any more problems.
