When reset the computer today, Tyrron did it. It went very smoothly. No problem contacting me.
When Rowaldo worked on it last night. Lots of problems. He never could contact me on the phone. Every time he called, all I heard was static. Don't know whey my iPhone worked today and not last night.
Am very happy with the results today.
