while important things were done and I appreciate the tremendous talent your work took, I have 2 concerns 1. It took a long time. 2. You tried to sell me much more than I could afford as a 72 year old senior living in a senior community. You hardly paused to let me talk . I did not understand all the tech talk. I would unfortunately have some reluctance to recommend you to my fellow seniors. I am in awe of the technical skill you have. Just be aware that 99 percent of people don't have your brains. If you want to be the greatest - you and your company - you must be the greatest servant. Just study how McDonalds became famous. I will no doubt be using you in the future. Thank you again
