Removal of a number of viruses only took place 2 days ago.so I am not in a position to know if it has been a success yet. Your technician fixed printing problem which I had assumed was connected with the virus removal exercise and for which I was grateful. The clarity of her voice was difficult to decipher. This was not all her fault as the quality of the telephone at this end is not that great. I certainly hope that in another two or three months I would be delighted to say that I have had a hassle free computing time.
