I have had previous good results (2018) but recently bought a new license. I reinstalled Reimage and entered the new key. I was pretty much annoyed that it did not work. Through the software dashboard I chose to "get my key" delivered to my email address. This confirmed that I did indeed have the correct key details. I again reinstalled Reimage and entered the key... Nothing!!!
I have contacted support and will reserve further judgement until I hear from them. Watch this space!!
