Customer Service was very courteous and thorough. It took a very long period of time to scrub my PC but I have a year's subscription now so if I have any more problems I can call for repair 24/7 as they say.
I feel that the sales personnel on the front end of the call need a way to better communicate with technician at the end of the service. There was some confusion but it was ably handled to my great satisfaction.
