My problem with Reimage is that it frequently fails due to an unrecognised licence key failure.
However the help I get from customer service on these occasions is speedy and efficient and usually gets me back, up and running in very short time.
The four stars rating reflects my irritation at the failing programme when I need it and the consequent delay in getting my job done.
