I called late afternoon the first time and was helped right away. My computer was a mess, and it took over 8 hours to resolve the problems by live chat. I experienced a problem a few days later and called in the early afternoon and left a message after being on hold for 12 minutes, never got a return call. I had surgery the next day so didn't call again until a couple of days later, late afternoon on Friday (today) and was only on hold a couple of minutes. I was again helped initially on the phone and then by live chat. Techs got issues resolved in an hour and a half! So great service when you get connected; I would recommend calling in the evening since they are 24/7. I am happy with the results!
