My machine was threatening to update to Windows 10 (which I did NOT want. Reimage managed to switch off all automatic Microsoft updates. In doing this, we discovered that my machine was slow to log in (c 5 mins). This was not resolved because I can live with this. Very pleasant and helpful technician.
