My original appointment time had no response. After several phone attempts and three hours after the appointment time I was finally given a technician to check out the problem. This took close to 5 hours and the good news is the problem appears to be resolved. The technician, Maxine A, stayed with the resolution procedures, provided extensive and professional application to update the outdated portions in the computer. Success! My computer is working properly! Other than very slow response to missed appointment time I am very happy with the outcome of this repair. Joel Shane Gabbert
