Techs were apparently very knowledgeable and able to resolve the issues. At first, I had difficulty understanding the first rep -- Ella, I believe. Not a native English speaker, I believe, but not her fault, but she needs to speak slowly and distinctly. Then I was passed to three other techs before Arjay finally got control. After he became involved the repair went smoothly.
