Overall my experience was good. They found a lot of potential problems that hadn't yet happened and avoided them. One problem I had was that I have a hearing problem and the connection I had with Anna cause a communication issue. Overall it took a lot longer than I expected which was partly my fault.
I also had a problem with my bank not accepting the transaction. I thought it was because the credit card information was wrong and kept trying to fix that when it was the bank's issue.
Except for the issues above I was impressed by the people I dealt with and look forward to 3 years with you.
