I joined Reimage 6 days ago. 1 problem I found afterwards so sought help with it. I had a remote session booked for the following day, but I had a lot of difficulty in setting the remote control up. This I found today was caused by an important notice being hidden by the main registering screen so I didn't find it, and consequently couldn't get the control transferred. I have just found out how to overcome this problem and my whole reason for setting the remote up has been well sorted today. My main criticism is that there were several sessions during the week that were set up at the incorrect time so I wasn't prepared for them.
