I was very happy with the two people I dealt with, Christopher (?) may have got his name wrong, and Arianne G who was the technician.
I would have given it 5 stars but felt that the price was a bit high. Also I was nervous as to giving over control of my computer to .who is not in Ireland. What if it was a scam? I had no way of knowing.
Now that it has been done I'd raise it to 4.5 stars.
