Today, September 9, 2020 I had to contact Reimage for a computer problem that occurred on my personal computer.
It had been a while this my last contact with Reimage but they still had me in their system. Cathy was the first person I spoke to. She looked me up on her computer and obtain the information she need. She reinstated me with a great deal. I was transfer to a Computer Tech who was very helpful. Reinalya asked me about the problem I was having and started working on it. They were extremely professional and got the job done.
