Jay V was WONDERFUL. He was knowledgeable and patient -- also affable (which is sometimes missing in tech help). He explained everything that he didin some detail, which I REALLY appreciate!
It was an arduous job (my pc is an old machine) but he was up to the challenge. I'm very happy!
