Had my laptop serviced by Reimage by an technician by the name Ruel S a knowledgeable technician.
He run a scan that took a long time bud was able to clean up some malware and viruses it made my laptop run much faster again well worth the $199.99 for the one time service.
I recommend Reimage to anyone who needs help with there computer.
