Excellent Service! My husband and I used this service, whilst I spoke to a few team members to start with to get an idea of what I actually need. I was assigned Ada Seiti, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and helpful, giving me a clear and concise explanation to all my email queries (there were loads) 🤦🏻‍♀️ Ada was amazing throughout, also the team members I spoke to were also very helpful and knowledgeable- Ben Inigo-Jones & Joe Thai Duy Dinh to give them their credit! The fees were what I was expecting, time scale was explained and no refund needed as our visa was approved!
