Bought a jumper that shrunk beyond recognition even though washed to garment instructions. Reiss are not wanting to help as I bought the jumper just a couple of weeks over their 12 month policy. The jumper had only been worn a couple of times and now alas will never be worn again! Total waste of money (£98). I have asked for the email address of their CEO to forward my complaint - I am still awaiting a response - probably ignoring my email! Very disappointed, angry and totally fed up with expensive clothing retailers not caring about selling poor quality garments and then using the ‘we have a 12 month guarantee policy’ as a get out clause and not even attempting to take a case by case approach.
