I’m missing a pair of jeans from my order and all I got as a reply was “ As a precautionary measure we have asked our warehouse to perform stock counts on the style of the items, which would highlight any stock discrepancies.
Our counts are correct on this line which also reconfirms that all items were picked, packed and dispatched to you.
Well where are my jeans?
