I ordered a pair of jeans online which were $54.90 but with a discount code of $10.98 coupon, I paid $43.92 plus shipping & taxes. Well I received the jeans which had a price tag on them of $54.90 with an orange sale sticker on top of $19.99? I understand they were obviously on sale and apparently not when I purchased them however how tacky is it to send them with this sale price on them. To make matters worse, I emailed them to let them know how tacky this was expecting I would get an apology and what I got instead was an email asking me to send the info and I have 3 days to do it. I did it in minutes of reading the email. I also included pics of my purchase receipt and a picture of the tag which was a bit blurry but when I made it larger, you could totally see the price and the bright orange sticker over top of it with the $19.99 on it. Well after returning the info "Customer Service" requested along with pictures, I received another email the following day "Thank you for contacting us and for sharing those pictures. In regards to your inquiry, please note that according to the forwarded pictures, the price seen on the tag is at $54.90. Could you please provide us a clear picture of the tag you mentioned showing the item at $19.99? This would help us assist you better. Thank you for your consideration and patience. To which I responded "Sorry, I knew it was a bit blurry but was able to increase the size to see it. I hope you can see the orange sticker better in this pic. Yes, I can also see the price tag with $54.90 on it along with the bright orange $19.99 on top of that price? Maybe you have a Supervisor that would be better to deal with this since you should be apologizing for such a tacky incident rather than going back & forth in emails? Please have a Supervisor contact me with any further correspondence because your Customer service skills appear to be lacking. The whole point was to let them know what happened as it's rather tacky but instead of an apology and a thanks for letting us know so we can look into this and ensure it doesn't continue to happen, I got emails like it was a game? I guess Customer Service is a thing of the past!
