Reitmans was okay. Found some pieces I liked, but the fit wasn’t perfect. Fabric quality is decent, though not as good as I expected. Returns process was ok, but took longer than I hoped.

On 5th Oct, 2025 I visited the Reitmans place in South of Edmonton. The manager Nel did a great job. She was multitasking so well I.e ensuring that the staff go on lunch break plus helping not less than 4 clients who walked in. Great job

I had a $30 coupon from my previous purchases and made a special visit to Reitmans at Fairview Mall to buy a certain dress that caught my attention and use the coupon if applicable. Regardless of the coupon I wanted to buy the dress. I was not impressed with the staff at the store, they were impatient (the store wasn’t busy) and not helpful almost to the point of being rude. I have ordered clothes online from Reitmans before and knew the process but was put off by their behaviour that I left without making the purchase. It was disappointing as I had went out of my way to make a trip to that store today. Hopefully that was a one off day for them and a one time experience for me as I do love their clothes and expect to continue shopping but will try a different location.

Great plus and petite size selections, prices and selections. In-store experience is excellent, with attentive and professional service. Mamal in Mississauga was exceptional sales representative who took time to help each customer in their changerooms, was extremely patient with customer requests, and made excellent suggestions for outfits.

Unable to enter card's CVV in Chrome. Should not change browser to make a purchase. Incompetent website developer, incompetent QA who accepted it.

Since 1987 and my very first job as a young woman through adulthood, motherhood and those very busy years raising teens, and now as an aging adult, Reitman’s, you have never steered me wrong. Quality clothing both classic and stylish, I feel I have loved every piece I have purchased from you over the last 38 years. Never a regret, your standards have always remained high. I appreciated being able to order online, your sizing has always been consistent however your chosen shipper is unreliable, inefficient and has rescheduled my last three online orders, each one twice. This poor communication, having me wait around all day to be notified, ‘nope, sorry, we expect to deliver it tomorrow’ only to have the same message conveyed at the end of the day the following day. This is very frustrating and makes me regret my online order. I feel your reputation is being damaged by your chosen shipper. Somehow Purolator becomes a reflection of your service, which of course is untrue. Find another shipper please that underpromises and overdelivers as Purolator does not hold itself to promises it makes - and consistently under-delivers.

I returned a pair of pants to the store to exchange sizes med to a small. The small was to be shipped to my house. The sales rep messed the exchange up very badly and a supervisor corrected it supposedly. I was given a receipt with an order number. That was on April 23. I received no email from Reitman. I called customer service and the representative said it will be shipped it was their error and I should receive a confirmation email. Again no email. It is now May 11 and 3 further phone calls and a email to customer service and I still have not received any confirmation. No response from customer service. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with Reitman.

Omg!!! Who is the buyer for this store needs to be fired !!! I unfortunately had a gift card so had to go take a look. Tried 8 things. Sizing completely off!!!! The size large can either be fitting like a 2x or as small as medium or smaller. No consistency no shape. Fabric is like dust horrible and cheap. Nothing flattering. Nothing fits properly. Sizing way off.

I have shopped for decades at Reitmans and like a lot of other working women, it was a great place for pants , tops and active wear. Quality was good and it was nice to stroll through the store for sales. With two other stores i used to shop at going out of business , I took a look at Reitmans. Ordered a tan and black floral pant and a pair of linen blend wide leg Pants in black. I still own a pair in black and grey from years ago. My go to cruising pants for dinner. Patterned pants were $57 which I only paid because I was hoping they would be a good vacation pants Arrives today and the floral were a viscose/rayon blend that looked like so cheap, the linen blend pant was nothing like my earlier pairs and the fabric was so thin and cheap looking. Those were $27.99 after two markdowns. Very disappointed and will be returning to store for refund. There goes another store that I will no longer order from. Cheap fabrics and no longer quality clothing. I don’t normally send in reviews but it is getting hard to find places for me to shop (67) So sad…

I wish there was a way to give a zero. I have been a regular at Reitman’s for years. The store is my go-to for work pants. I have purchased many of the Iconic pants. I purchased 2 pairs on sale. I didn’t really need them but took advantage of the sale. Unlike previous pants from Reitman’s, these were made of material that doesn’t hold its shape, unlike the usual pants I have purchased. They seemed ok until I wore them, then turned into BAGGY pants. The problem is I didn’t wear them right away. By the time I did and tried to return them, too much time had gone past. they refused to consider them defective for a return. Both at the store and at customer service, but not before getting me to do a bunch of running around for receipts and pictures. WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN !!

I recently had a great customer service experience at Reitmans in Barrhaven. When the wrong item that I ordered online arrived at my door, I had to go into the store to rectify the situation. Brittany couldnt have been more helpful and proactive. She sorted everything out and was very sympathetic to my inconvenience, giving me a 10% discount for my troubles. The problem had nothing to do with her, yet she took it upon herself to make up for the error and represented Reitmans with great professionalism.

I like their clothes but the website it actually the slowest one in existence! Its sooooooo frustrating. Also it crashes whenever I click on my wishlist. I tried reaching out for help and they were like *shrug*.

I went into reitmans store in Stonebridge, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan today - nov. 15. Two employees working - neither one acknowledged me. It was not a busy time. Music was blaring. I was looking for a specific item and had to check stock myself. Did not purchase anything. Will not return.

I ordered a Bra on line. When I finally got it, it was a different size to what I ordered. I tried for over a week to get hold of someone to help me with the return. I eventually got a someone who emailed me to tell me that they didn't have the size I wanted so they sent me another size. WTF. I noticed on the return label that they then charged me for the return shipping on my credit card - without my consent. Seriously?! Their website terms even state that they pay for return shipping if the wrong item was shipped. I will never buy from them again!

Sizing is ridiculous. I ordered 2 tops extra small petite. The tops are huge more like a large or extra large. The length was way past my bum too. So disappointing……never again.

A former employee of reitmans and yes I'm sore about how I was forced to give my 2 weeks notice Last October I was in a car accident (not my fault) and reitmans was nice enough to accommodate my winter schedule as I was scared to drive to and from work (from millet to leduc) without a driver I just recently accepted a job in the town of millet which changed my availability back to weekends only with winter coming I assumed my availability would still be ok, don't ever assume Management/district manager agreed that my availability was not accommodating for the company. I was told if I could not commit to 3 days a week they couldn't help me out. So if I decided to only do weekends through the winter I would have been left without a job if I didn't help myself out be getting a new 1 with the commitment of 3 days a week This is very obvious that I would have been left high and dry from this company Now don't get me wrong I loved working for reitmans but since the customer service rules have changed it is very hard to be customer oriented For example, employees are suppose to interact with customers holding no clothes opposed to a customer holding 10 items as THEY have already committed where as the customer with no clothes needs to be introduced to new items and give them multiple add ons but if there is no customer service for the committed ones, why would they come back. The problem is if you're not 100% customer oriented then why are you there? You know I wasn't even offered to be demoted so I can keep my job there to 1 or both days out of the weekend ( I would have been ok with that ) but not even considered by management as we all know that management or anyone for that matter to live off 1 pt job, I needed a 2nd pt job just to make ends meat I will miss all of my customers as I know they will miss me When I went to work I gave 150%, and got nothing in return when all was said and done to the ending of my employment Forced out, just not fair!

I ordered 2 tops from Reitmans Canadian website. They were actually Allegra K tops & not Reitmans. I tried to return one of the tops & Reitmans doesn't recognize the Order # & instructs me to contact Allegra K & Allegra K says you can't return anything to them unless it was bought from their website & NOT REITMANS. EXTREMELY POOR Customer Service.
