Quality clothing both classic and stylish, I feel I have loved every piece I have purchased from you over the last 38 years. Never a regret, your standards have always remained high. I appreciated being able to order online, your sizing has always been consistent however your chosen shipper is unreliable, inefficient and has rescheduled my last three online orders, each one twice. This poor communication, having me wait around all day to be notified, ‘nope, sorry, we expect to deliver it tomorrow’ only to have the same message conveyed at the end of the day the following day. This is very frustrating and makes me regret my online order. I feel your reputation is being damaged by your chosen shipper. Somehow Purolator becomes a reflection of your service, which of course is untrue. Find another shipper please that underpromises and overdelivers as Purolator does not hold itself to promises it makes - and consistently under-delivers.”
“I recently had a great customer service experience at Reitmans in Barrhaven. When the wrong item that I ordered online arrived at my door, I had to go into the store to rectify the situation. Brittany couldnt have been more helpful and proactive. She sorted everything out and was very sympathetic to my inconvenience, giving me a 10% discount for my troubles. The problem had nothing to do with her, yet she took it upon herself to make up for the error and represented Reitmans with great professionalism.”
