I returned a pair of pants to the store to exchange sizes med to a small. The small was to be shipped to my house. The sales rep messed the exchange up very badly and a supervisor corrected it supposedly. I was given a receipt with an order number. That was on April 23. I received no email from Reitman. I called customer service and the representative said it will be shipped it was their error and I should receive a confirmation email. Again no email. It is now May 11 and 3 further phone calls and a email to customer service and I still have not received any confirmation. No response from customer service. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with Reitman.
