From the moment I walked in for my first consultation and throughout my appointment I was made to feel very comfortable. Kirsten was very professional but also relaxed and answered all my questions and concerns with no problem... I felt very safe when she was working on my face and now just looking forward to the results beginning apparent. A lovely experience.
