Worst online experience in 20 years. And just think how bad websites where in 1998.
Still waiting on a refund a week after it being returned. Mega slow response to emails. Will be raising this with my bank and PayPal to get it sorted. £469 is a bit chunk of money to be sat in their bank account, opposed to mine.
I would give these a massive swerve. You cant even speak to customer services on the phone. They will only deal with you via email (or should that be called snail-mail).
