I do not recommend! The worst experience I ever had with this company. The recovery guy came and met me to pick up my car and he left without taking my car. I thought he is leaving to turn around to tow my car but he left, i called him 3 times and he wasn’t picking up. I called their company and were rude to me and without even listening to my side of the story, they accepted the recovery guy notes on their system. As if I was ripping them off. The operator didn’t even give me a chance to say anything telling me with a Polish accent “ don’t tell me any story, u want arrange another date but we will charge u £30 or not sell ur car. Our driver is right he couldn’t pick up ur car because there weren’t any space” i knew he lied to their base but nobody listened to me. And they hang up on me. That made my day from good to worst.
