Remus are unprofessional cowboys. Their only interest taking money off you and giving absolutely nothing at all in return. They don't reply to emails or answer phonecalls, don't make any effort to deal with complaints, take months and months of constant pestering to respond to the most basic maintenance (9 months of continued chasing to have a lightbulb changed in a communal area!!!!) do the very bare minimum of maintenance. It has taken my property manager over 6 months to get one quote for redecoration of communal areas!!! There is absolutely no correspondence at all and to top it off I was told it's not their responsibility to ensure the health and wellbeing of residents in communal areas during Covid lockdowns and that they didn't provide any information or posters about guidance as if I wanted to know I could do it myself.....great customer service!
