Warning! Returns and refund policy doesn’t work. There is no customer service - only the seller’s self-service. I returned the beanbag at my cost. Remy warehouse didn’t accept the delivery despite it being made by DPD as per their instructions. Remy then sent DPD to collect from me and large pod beanbag was returned for a second time. The warehouse didn’t accept it despite it being sent for by Remy, themselves. So it came back to me. I refused to accept delivery so it went back again to Remy. Guess what, once again they didn’t accept delivery! So for the 4th time the very large parcel came back to me and was left outside as I wasn’t home. So now I have an item I don’t want in a bashed up box and am getting no answer from so-called customer service.
I can’t get a refund and I also paid to return the large parcel! That hurts!
And now I’m out of time to return the item!
These tactics seem very suspicious; why wouldn’t Remy want to develop a good reputation and excel at customer service and honour their returns policy? I ask myself if they’re heading for receivership.
No wonder Dragon’s Den turned them away.
