Ordered a mini pod on 17th September. Still not delivered. Every effort to contact them revived no response. As per other reviews, they take your money and don’t deliver and don’t respond to any communications. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I have ordered two beanbags in June and only one has arrived. I have emailed and emailed and not received a single word back regarding the missing item. Frustrating and terrible poor unprofessional practice. Pure thievery at this point. DO NOT ORDER FROM REMY - UNLESS YOU ARE WILING TO THROW MONEY AWAY TO PURCHASE NOTHING

This company takes your money but does not deliver the item. I ordered 4 weeks ago on 4th August 2024 and they have not sent the weighted blanket and don't respond to emails. Look at all reviews from the past few years and you will see they are just fraudsters. I live nearby their office so will try getting a refund in person. Stay well clear and don't send them any money. AWFUL or non existent service. If I could have given a lower rating I would have.

I placed my order with Remy on the 15/5/24 and I still haven’t received it even after emailing there so called customer service. They told me that they had problems with their manufacturing side of the business but my order will be with me in the next week……still nothing!! I certainly won’t be recommending this company.

Warning! Returns and refund policy doesn’t work. There is no customer service - only the seller’s self-service. I returned the beanbag at my cost. Remy warehouse didn’t accept the delivery despite it being made by DPD as per their instructions. Remy then sent DPD to collect from me and large pod beanbag was returned for a second time. The warehouse didn’t accept it despite it being sent for by Remy, themselves. So it came back to me. I refused to accept delivery so it went back again to Remy. Guess what, once again they didn’t accept delivery! So for the 4th time the very large parcel came back to me and was left outside as I wasn’t home. So now I have an item I don’t want in a bashed up box and am getting no answer from so-called customer service. I can’t get a refund and I also paid to return the large parcel! That hurts! And now I’m out of time to return the item! These tactics seem very suspicious; why wouldn’t Remy want to develop a good reputation and excel at customer service and honour their returns policy? I ask myself if they’re heading for receivership. No wonder Dragon’s Den turned them away. A very unhappy customer who’s experienced zero service.

Placed my order 23/12/23 and still nothing after over 4 Months, received numerous guarantees that I would receive my order and even a worthless credit on my account. What is the point when you cant be bothered to delivery my original order? This company is the worst I have ever experienced and I would avoid them at all costs. ps. they deserve a Zero Star

Shockingly Bad Customer Service Shockingly Bad Customer Service, Appualing Lack of Communication - despite multiple requests for information - requests ignored! Telephone number if you can find it via Google goes stright to voicemail. Unless you want to be fustrated, annoyed and agrivated, save your money and dont bother to order! Whish I never had, oh and yes still waiting my order after 6 weeks plus! Total let Down! Date of experience: February 16, 2024

The Remy 10kg Royal Blue weighted blanked has given me many peaceful relaxed nights of sleep, and I would heartily recommend it.

No delivery for weeks no response from the business, had to call and email daily before getting a response then waited literally months for delivery (after 2 deadlines they promised me had been missed) and still didn't get my full order, then received a call to say that the offer i used was no longer valid and if i wanted my order i would have to pay an additional £50!! Scam! apparently system glitch. I paid the £50 then still didn't get product i order (got the cheaper version). shocking. after 4 months i just gave up.

A follow up review - eventually the customer services responded, and when they did it was impressive. I'm much happier now, thank you to Remy and Abeer. Problem solved hopefully.

I wish I had read some of these before ordering. My blanket had one of the loops holding the cover on snap within 3 days of receiving it. I have emailed their customer services and returns email addresses, still no response several days later. I will come back and update this if they come up with a satisfactory solution, but at present I would say avoid, avoid, avoid.

I bought this product in September as I have lots of problems staying asleep. I bought the light weight cover For the summer and also the velour cover for colder months. Success has been erratic but I think in general my sleep has improved. I do find it difficult to fit the covers, the light weight one needing to be tied to the blanket and the velour one having press stud ties. For someone with a back problem and also carpel tunnel syndrome in one hand this presents me with a real problem. The press studs are definitely easier to use and I would have preferred the other cover to have the same. The other problem I have is shaking it each day because of the weight, I don’t have anyone to help so it’s a real struggle and I end up having to shake it from all four sides to get it even. If you have strength issues you may need to think twice before buying. Plus and minus points as with everything but for me it’s 60/40 in favour.

Remy sent me the wrong weight blanket - it weighed over 8 kg, instead of 6 kg. They failed to acknowledge or apologise for this mistake. I incurred a cost of £8.99 to return the blanket, in addition to a very uncomfortable night's sleep (the blanket was far too heavy for me). I have emailed twice about this and only been told that 'our system does not permit us to refund more than you have spent on the order.' A very disappointing experience all round.

Purchased the Remy Sleep blanket and did not get on with it after one night. With this being said, the quality is second to none and much more competitively priced against it’s competitors. I returned it using UPS and was then told that an investigation into my return had been started as “burnt spots” were visible on the returned blanket. As such, they were going to offer me a partial refund unless I could provide evidence that the “damage” was not my own doing. I had evidence of me boxing it up to prove, on the contrary, it was brand-new when returning. Update: 01/2020 - Remy Sleep offered a full refund. IMPORTANT ADVICE: IF YOU DECIDE TO RETURN A BLANKET, TAKE EVIDENCE INCLUDING LOTS OF PHOTOGRAPHS AND A VIDEO OF THE BLANKET BEFORE SENDING BACK LIKE I DID MYSELF (THIS PROVED INVALUABLE IN THE END!). CEO, Abeer, called me to apologise about the way this was handled and resolved this to my satisfaction. Thanks Abeer.

Really poor. I bought a blanket from them and it arrived damaged. They refused to help and told me to claim from the courier. £126 down the drain!

My mum loves it. The natural weighted blanket was a gift for my mum who struggles to fall asleep at night and also she can get a little too hot, so one concern I had was that the fabric/materials used might be too warm. The natural blanket is brilliant, the material is soft and feels lovely to the touch. She said she feels comforted, it helps her to relax at night and at the same time she can use other blankets on cool nights because the weighted blanket doesn't make her too warm. She would recommend trying this blanket. Although it has only been 2 weeks, the blankets seems to be of good quality and with speedy delivery, good service.

The inner blanket is NOT 100% COTTON as described on the website and in the literature. When I challenged this claim after three unbearably hot and sleepless nights using the blanket, Customer Service confirmed it contained wadding. This creates a static charge and a mini firework show every time the user moves. They are now insisting I pay for the return of the blanket, completely ignoring my consumer rights and those of every customer who has bought one believing it to be made of 100% natural fibres and glass.
