I have bad anxiety and have difficulty sleeping because of it, my blanket helps me relax and keeps me sleeping longer then I have before. I didn't think it would work but thought with the 100night trial, I'd give it a shot and there's no way I'm sending it back now. I love it. I even got one for my mum.
