Paid a pound, was not reminded about the date of cancellation and it was only when I checked my direct debit, I saw that I was being charged for a service that did not deliver. Are the pictures of flats even real? The prices quoted in the parts of London, are almost impossible. I believe that they bait you with great pictures and locations and never deliver, then next thing you know...you are being charged. I am fed up with dishonest practices in businesses like Rentola. Is there nobody to regulate them? This is not fair at all. I feel generous giving them 1 star.
