“Dear Rentola Team,
I am writing to formally complain about an unauthorized subscription charge of approximately £40 that was taken from my bank account. I did not knowingly agree to this subscription.
Immediately after noticing the charge, I canceled/unsubscribed within minutes — yet Rentola is still holding my money and refusing to process a refund. I find this practice unfair, misleading, and highly unprofessional.
To make matters worse, your website offers no proper customer support — no phone number, no clear way to resolve such issues.
At this point, I am forced to leave public negative feedback about my experience and will also consider filing a chargeback/dispute with my bank if this is not promptly resolved.
I request an immediate full refund of this charge, as I have not used and will not use the service.”
“Worst app to use for housing and full of hidden fees, genuinely a website that should never be trusted. Charged me £35 without me signing up for anything and no way of getting my money back”
“The intro offer is very misleading. You would think that there would be a message, asking if I would like to extend my membership. In fact, I didn't. But they took money from my account anyway. The quality of listings are very poor and extremely outdated. This was all in all a major waste of money. What a scam.”
“What began as a promising financial opportunity ended in heartbreak when I lost $145,000 to a fraudulent scheme. The realization that I had been scammed was crushing—filled with disbelief, guilt, and fear about what to do next. During my search for recovery options, I discovered Mrs. Olivia and her team. At first, I was wary, expecting more empty promises. But their honesty and transparency quickly set them apart. They laid out the process clearly, didn’t sugarcoat the challenges, and never guaranteed unrealistic results. Mrs. Olivia stayed in touch consistently, offering updates and support that made me feel genuinely cared for. Against all odds, they recovered a large portion of my lost funds—something I never imagined possible.”

“I do not recommend it, the website info is wrong, when you actually pay to view the property's real announcement, the price has a huge variation vs what they had displayed on their website.
Also, after paying the trial test to see how it works, they automatically charge you a premium account as if we are looking for properties our whole lives.”
“I have been bothered by your company through Intrum for a few times now about paying an outstanding invoice which is completely unreasonable. I started my free trial subscription on the 19th of October. In your terms you state that after 14 days the free trial turns into a subscription. As I didn’t like the platform I cancelled the subscription in November. I refuse to pay the now 80€ outstanding invoice for the rest of the subscription? I have done some research and found that you take advantage of the vulnerable apartment seekers all the time and will make sure to leave a review everywhere, advising people to stay away from your company.”
“The company is fraud they first provide you £1 subscription and later charged £35 without proper communication and prior notices. They are just rubbish.. don't use them and I am gonna report them as well.”
“Required me to pay a pound to view listings, which weren’t up to date and no longer existed. Was charged 35 pound a week later, as it happened to be a trial i had payed for. I was not informed it was a trial. Currently disputing with my bank for a refund. As wel as that no email or reminder that my trial was ending or the sort.”
“Rentola scammed me out of 50,000 Euro claiming they make investments with high profits , I tried to claim my money and all I got was back to back excuses , network errrs , login issues till they blocked me that’s where it hit that I actually got scammed with Rentola and I’ll never get my money back . Till I reached out to AIXALTD.COM Reliable and effectively smooth working recovery company helped me track my funds and I was scam free in a period of 7-14 days paper work had to be done etc and we are finally done with the procedure”
“FAKE! They are FRAUD. In the name of $2 they will charge lots of money. They do not provide any services instead they take your credit card details. This site should be down.”
“Absolutely trash company. They make you pay €39 for their “premium” account, but every ad you click on, sends you to external websites where the ad is hiding behind another paywall.
Unbelievable how shameless this group of criminals called Rentola can be to steal innocent people’s money like this…”
““Worst Experience – Stay Away!”
Rentola is a complete scam! They keep deducting subscription fees without providing any actual service. The platform is full of outdated or fake listings, and it’s impossible to find a legitimate property. Their customer service is terrible—unresponsive and unhelpful. Even if you don’t find a home, they refuse to refund your money. It feels like they’re just here to exploit people. Avoid this app at all costs!”
“That's all I can say to qualify this: wickedness. How can you purposefully deceive me, steal my money in the hopes of a profitable transaction, and take everything I owned, if not for? AIXALTD.COM that made me grin again and returned my money.”
“The company charged fees despite the cancellation of the subscription.
Simply thieves, report this lousy company to the consumer rights ombudsman in your country and block it in your bank!”
